可靠源于专业。公司自成立以来，通过实施自身开发与横向联合、引进相结合的方法，以多种形式引进和吸收国内外技术，极大地提高了鲁源牌系列火化机、烟气处理设备、环保焚烧炉等产品的性能和档次，在自动化控制、焚化节能、多级燃烧、烟气处理、环保排放、热能回收、新型耐火材料等方面均处于国内领先地位，部分技术指标已达到或超过国际先进水平。公司每年投入的产品研发经费不低于销售总额的6%，先后和民政部一零一研究所、哈尔滨工业大学、南开大学等科研机构和大专院校组建了产学研合作，取得了丰硕的成果，并获得了四十多项实用新型专利，多项国家发明专利。
